We interviewed Mr. Yorihisa SEKIGUCHI, former Head Coach of “ThreeNailsCrowns” which is the American Football team of J.F.Oberlin University, about the restriction on Offense (OF) and Time Management in American Football.

桜美林大学アメリカンフットボール部「スリーネイルズクラウンズ」前監督である関口頼久さんにアメリカンフットボールの試合におけるオフェンスの制約とタイムマネジメントについて伺いました。 関口さんは2015年度から2021年度まで同部の監督を務められ、ご就任当時は関東大学アメリカンフットボール連盟の２部所属だったチームを最高峰の１部TOP8 に昇格させた実績をお持ちの方です。
