We interviewed Mr.Toshihiko_YAMADA, Director and General Manager of the Ryotokuji University Staff Judo Team about how to move the opponent’s center of gravity. I hope this video would help you to enjoy watching Judo matches.

東京2020大会当時に全日本柔道連盟の強化副委員長で、了徳寺大学 職員柔道部 総監督兼部長である山田利彦さんに、柔道選手がどのようにして相手の重心を動かしているかを伺いました。山田さんはあのウルフ・アロン選手を東京2020大会の金メダリストに育てられた方でもあります。
